About Anita

Anita’s passion for yoga shines through when she teaches. She encourages her students to connect to their hearts, do what feels good and have fun.


Anita is a fully qualified yoga teacher with nearly three decades of experience. Anita has taught private classes, small and large group classes, public events, celebrities, large international companies (Google, PwC) and yin teacher training.

What is included in my membership plan?

Your membership with Anita Smith Yoga gives you unlimited access to all of our videos, advert-free. These videos include yin yoga, flow (vinyasa) yoga, restorative yoga, qi gong, meditation, breath practices, energy exercises, acupressure points, mudras and more.


Anita guides you through your yoga journey with weekly class suggestions, monthly themes and wellness programs.


In addition, you get access to our interactive community, enabling you to communicate with Anita directly and share experiences with yogis from around the world.

How do I join?

Join Anita Smith Yoga:

  1. Click on the 'Start Your Membership' button, or the 'Join Now' button in the header

  2. Pick your membership plan (Free Limited, Premium Unlimited Monthly or Premium Unlimited Yearly) and click on the button 'Choose Membership'

  3. Enter your email address, full name and a new password. If you agree with the Terms and Conditions, tick the checkbox and click on 'Continue'

  4. If you chose the Free Limited Membership, please click on 'Enter Coupon/Gift Code', type in FREE, click on 'Apply' and click on 'Purchase for free'. If you chose a Premium Unlimited Membership, please select your preferred payment method (credit card or Paypal), provide the information required and click on 'Purchase Membership'

  5. The video library opens and you have direct access

  6. You will receive a welcome email and a confirmation email. If you don't see these emails, please check your spam box and add our email address to your contact list

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime.


As soon as you cancel, you won't be charged again and you will keep access until the current membership period expires. If you have a Premium Unlimited Monthly membership, the current membership period is the current paid membership month. If you have a Premium Unlimited Yearly membership, the current membership period is the current paid membership year.
